I have one non-CFM'd 3ds with only legit games and 1 soon to be CFM'd 2ds with potentially any game I can find. I'm just trying to figure out workarounds to create a living pokedex without cheating. Is GTS, wonder trade, friend safari etc available?. Can I use an unpaid Pearl/Diamond/Platinum/B&W/B&W2/ORuby/ASaphire/VirtualConsoleRedBlueYellowSilverGoldCrystal/XY/SM/USM ROM running on a CFM'd device to send Pokemon to another NON-CFM'd device running X/Y or some other game? What will happen if I download the official bank and transporter from eshop and use them with my unpaid but also non-cheated pokemon games? Will I be banned from eshop or pokemon servers?
